Instructions/Glass Suggestions
The finished size of the trout fan lamp is 12" at the widest point by approximately 8" tall.
Paint the fish eye, or see your local fly fishing shop for a stick-on eye as used in fly tying.
You can edge the fan lamp by cold soldering or use lead came.If you finish the edge in lead came, (as I did,) the lead came will make the fan too wide to fit in the slot without modification.
You can enlarge the slot with a Dremel or similar tool. That is what I did.
You could also end your lead came just above the slot and foil and cold solder the bottom of the fan; this would require precise measurements.
