Star_of_David_panel.jpgThis Magen David, or [tag]Star of David stained glass panel[/tag] will grace any window. We liked the colors in the smaller piece so much that they are repeated in the panel and surrounded with Spectrum Clear Cathedral, Hammered glass.

Glass Sorcery’s Free Christmas Stained Glass Patterns

by Gwynne

Here are three [tag]free stained glass patterns[/tag] I made for [tag]Christmas[/tag]. The patterns could be either suncatchers or tree ornaments depending on how large you make them. Consider this an early gift!

Santa_Kitties.jpgThe first [tag]pattern[/tag] is Santa Kitties, two cute kitties in Santa hats. I kept the pieces simple in order to keep the glass cutting and assembly quick and easy. Consequently, you will need to glue on or paint the noses. Paint the eyes, whiskers, mouth & toes, or, if you like, make the whiskers from wire.

You can download it in Black & White

or in Glass Eye 2K format.

Santa_Puppy.jpgThe second pattern is Santa Puppy, an adorable yellow lab pup in a Santa hat. Again I kept the pieces simple for fast & easy construction. Paint on the toe lines, pupils, and left hind leg fold line.

You can download it in Black & White

or in Glass Eye 2K format.

Santa_Ratty.jpgThe third pattern is Santa Ratty. I made this pattern in memory of all of my sweet pet ratties who have gone on to their reward.
Attach the white pom-pom on top of the seams to avoid cutting awkward pieces for the back end of the rat. You can also paint the toe lines for each foot onto a single piece of pink glass to avoid cutting out & foiling tiny toes.

You can download it in Black & White

or in Glass Eye 2K format.

I hope you enjoy these three patterns.

Merry early Christmas!
